$125,000

This spacious 1.17 acre lot used to hold a stunning 4 bedroom and 4 bath home that burnt in the Park Fire. Almost all the other homes survived so the community is well established and quietly thriving. 14900 Woodland Park Drive is the premium show case lot at the very end of the cul-de-sac and offers sweeping views of Butte Creek Canyon, the City lights of Chico and sunsets over the coastal ranges. One of the most exclusive yet laid back gated communities, Humboldt Woodlands Estates, has immaculate grounds, a shared in-ground swimming pool and clubhouse. A beautifully paved road meanders past stately homes through pretty shared spaces with lush lawns and quiet picnic areas. A large private storage unit is provided for each home and a well-planned private water system and shared leach field for septic. The HOA fees are only $235.00 a month. Only 11 miles/14 Minutes to Chico. Seller may be willing to finance.
